MISKAN brings to you the Building Revolution. It all started with a realistic appraisal of your living needs.

Growth & Leadership (2023 – 2024)

In 2023, Miskan launched its flagship project, Miskan Al Asayel, within the Wujhat Al Forsan destination — marking the beginning of confident off-plan sales. In 2024, Miskan expanded its portfolio by launching and selling new projects: Al Sudun, Al Asalah, and Al Ghoroob, continuing its mission to build communities that embody the essence of Saudi quality of life.

Development & Expansion (2020 – 2022)

In 2020, Miskan took a major step by acquiring several strategically located lands in Riyadh. In 2021, more lands were purchased for architectural redevelopment, and by 2022, infrastructure and new residential construction works began.

The Beginning (2017 – 2019)

Miskan began its journey in Al Yasmin, launching its first prototype villas and later expanding to build 40 complete villas, establishing its first integrated residential community. In 2018, Miskan Constructions was founded to support project expansion with enhanced quality. By 2019, official sales for Miskan Al Yasmin were launched.
